RDR-3350 is Premium Resin Tech’s highest temperature-capable tooling and laminating epoxy resin, engineered for molds and composite parts that must survive extreme thermal and mechanical demands. This clear, rigid system cures at room temperature and is post-cured to deliver heat distortion temperatures (HDT) around 450°F when used with the recommended hardener. RDR-3350 was originally formulated for Premium Resin Tech’s own production tooling and is now available for customers needing maximum toughness and high-temperature performance.

Compatible Hardener (Sold Separately)

• RDH-9234 Room Temperature / High Temperature Hardener – pot life ~150 minutes at 72°F with a heat distortion temperature around 450°F when properly post-cured.

• 45 lbs – approx. 5 Gallons
• 500 lbs – drum (larger production quantity)

Sold by weight: all sizes are sold in pounds to ensure accurate metering and mix ratios.

Mixing & Use

• Mix only with RDH-9234 hardener at the specified ratio by weight (see product TDS).
• Allow resin and hardener to reach stable shop temperature prior to mixing.
• Measure by weight and blend thoroughly, scraping sides and bottom of the container.
• Apply as a laminating or casting resin for high-temp composite tooling, fixtures, and structural parts.
• To achieve ultimate mechanical and thermal performance, follow the recommended post-cure schedule carefully.
