Typical Use & Processing
- Combine with the appropriate RDR-series resin at the specified ratio (see product TDS).
- Mix thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom of the container to ensure a uniform blend.
- Long pot life at 77 °F provides ample working time for wetting heavy fabrics and complex layups.
- After initial room-temperature cure, perform a controlled post-cure cycle to reach full heat-deflection temperature and ultimate properties.
- Always follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) guidelines for handling, ventilation, and cure schedules.
Applications
- High-temperature tooling facesheets, molds, and fixtures.
- Structural composite parts using Kevlar®, carbon fiber, or fiberglass reinforcements.
- Industrial, automotive, and aerospace components requiring elevated-temperature performance.
