RDR PASTE Epoxy Bonding and Patching Paste – High-Strength Structural Adhesive

Premium Resin Tech RDR PASTE Epoxy Bonding and Patching Paste is a tough, high-impact, two-component epoxy system designed for structural bonding and durable repairs in composite tooling and fabricated parts. This thixotropic paste provides excellent gap-filling capability and outstanding adhesion to fiberglass, carbon fiber, core materials and metals, making it ideal for both new builds and field repairs.

RDR PASTE is engineered to offer good workability while maintaining the high strength needed for demanding composite applications. It is commonly used for bonding honeycomb, filling and reinforcing tubing structures, attaching hardware, rebuilding damaged edges, and patching composite tools. When paired with RDH-9302 Laminating Hardener, the system delivers a working time of about 15 minutes and can achieve a heat distortion temperature of approximately 310°F with proper post cure.
