RDH-6002 Epoxy Putty Part B – “B-Side” Hardener for Tooling Dough

Premium Resin Tech RDH-6002 Epoxy Putty Part B (Gray) is the “B-side” hardener for the RDR-6002 Epoxy Tooling Dough system. Mixed 1:1 by volume or weight with Part A, it creates a highly workable epoxy tooling putty that can be quickly pressed over a master pattern to form durable, dimensionally stable molds with far less labor than traditional layup methods.

As RDH-6002 and RDR-6002 are blended together, micro-bubbles are collapsed and released, allowing the material to adjust viscosity on the fly. This lets fabricators pack material into fine detail or flow it out for smoother surfaces, resulting in custom tooling solutions tailored to each project. Once cured, the tooling dough is tough, machinable, drillable, and tappable, and offers thermal stability up to 200°F, making it ideal for demanding composite tooling environments.

• 0.5 Gallon Kit (½-gal A + ½-gal B) – yields approx. 2.5 sq ft at 1/2" thickness.
• 1 Gallon Kit (1-gal A + 1-gal B) – yields approx. 5 sq ft at 1/2" thickness.
• 5 Gallon Kit (5-gal A + 5-gal B) – yields approx. 13 sq ft at 1/2" thickness (special-order size).
