Airtech Stretchlon® 200 – Stretch Vacuum Bagging Film – 60" (152.4cm) Wide
Stretchlon® 200 is a specialty stretch vacuum bagging film designed to simplify bagging of complex parts. Under vacuum the film elongates up to 500% (≈5×), draping cleanly over tight radii and deep draws to reduce pleats, bridging, and rework. With a maximum use temperature of 250°F (121°C), Stretchlon 200 is well suited to resin infusion and hand layup processes where a soft, conformable bag is preferred and stable performance in low humidity is beneficial.

Processing Guidelines
- Use compatible sealant tape, release media, and breather/bleeder per your process.
- Because the film stretches, resin infusion flow can be slightly slower than with standard films—plan ports/flow media accordingly.
- Avoid overstretching thin areas around sharp edges; radius or tape corners to prevent pinholes.
- Maintain vacuum and keep cure temperatures at or below 250°F (121°C).
