904-061 Duratec SunShield Advanced Clear Polyester – UV Protective Topcoat
Duratec® SunShield Advanced Clear Polyester Topcoat 904-061 is a next-generation clear polyester UV-protective coating designed to keep composite parts and exterior surfaces looking new. Formulated to resist yellowing from sunlight without the need for additional sun-blocking urethane, SunShield delivers a deep, high-gloss finish with excellent chemical and impact resistance.
This pre-promoted, air-cure topcoat is easy to spray, easy to sand, and capable of high build in a minimal number of coats. It is ideal for carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite parts—as well as exterior tooling surfaces—where a durable, glossy, and UV-stable clear finish is required.
