The RDR-1812 High Temperature Carbon Filled Surface Coat is a premium, carbon-filled, room-temperature curing epoxy surface coat engineered for demanding composite tooling and high-temperature laminating applications. Developed by Premium Resin Tech, this system is designed to deliver exceptional toughness, chemical resistance, thermal stability, and superior surface finish quality for carbon fiber and graphite composite tooling.
Formulated with carbon fill, RDR-1812 provides a strong, durable, and lightweight surface ideal for tooling applications requiring excellent strength and resistance to thermal cycling up to 325°F. Once cured, this surface coat can be polished to a smooth, professional finish, making it ideal for high-precision molds, plugs, and composite part production.
